ATLANTIC CITY NJ, NOVEMBER 19, 2001- The Atlantic City Police Department wishes to announce the recent graduation of Deputy Chief of Police Robert Schwartz, from the 106th class of the Administrative Officers Course, which was held at the Southern Police Institute in Louisville Kentucky.

The demanding 12 week long, resident course is designed to provide a comprehensive and challenging educational course, which helps to prepare law enforcement executives to deal effectively with complicated issues confronting law enforcement managers.
